ku9bat Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ku9bat. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the ku9bat platform (the website, mobile application and all related services) and ku9bat. By registering or using this platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh, and only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use services on ku9bat.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use ku9bat services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a lawful resident of Bangladesh and must register using your own personal information.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or closed by ku9bat.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or any professional organisation.

2. Account Registration and Management

The following rules apply during and after account registration on the ku9bat platform:

2.1 Registration Process

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, date of birth and other required information at the time of registration.
• Opening an account with false or incorrect information is a serious violation and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account, even if you claim they were unauthorised.
• Transferring, selling or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ku9bat follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security. You may be asked to submit documents such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence before withdrawals or large transactions. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules regarding financial transactions apply to all users of ku9bat:

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for all methods).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• You must use accurate information and a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Funds obtained from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• ku9bat reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers from ku9bat are provided subject to the following conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have accepted these conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Bonus wagering requirement (Wagering Requirement): the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be cancelled.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has its own specific conditions — please read the details before accepting an offer.
• Any attempt to use a bonus from multiple accounts or from the same IP address will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• ku9bat reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement has been met, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Using any strategic or systematic method to exploit bonus offers is prohibited.

4.3 VIP Program

The ku9bat VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Regular and active participation is required to advance to a higher tier. ku9bat reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the ku9bat platform:

5.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, even if circumstances change.
• If a match or event is cancelled or suspended, ku9bat will settle bets in accordance with the applicable policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ku9bat reserves the right to cancel those bets.
• Settlement of bets on events linked to suspected match-fixing or similar irregularities may be suspended.

5.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated in accordance with the rules of the relevant software provider.
• Incorrect results or payouts displayed due to a system or game error are not valid; ku9bat reserves the right to correct them.
• Game outcomes are determined by a fair and impartial process (Fair Play).

5.3 Live Gaming

• If a connection is lost during a live game, ku9bat will settle the bet using the last confirmed result.
• ku9bat is not responsible for issues with your internet connection.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9bat platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Taking coordinated or strategic steps to exploit bonuses or promotions (Bonus Abuse).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Any attempt to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Harassment, intimidation or inappropriate behaviour towards other users.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform to gain an advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by ku9bat

ku9bat may temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If false or incorrect information is provided during registration.
• If there is a failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If fraudulent or unusual betting behaviour is detected.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

7.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact us via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected]. Please withdraw all eligible balance before closing your account. Any bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be cancelled upon account closure.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as "inactive". Please contact our support team regarding the balance of an inactive account.

ku9bat accepts no liability for the following:

• Disruption to betting or gaming activities caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Issues arising from interruptions to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or account use by an unauthorized person.
• Service unavailability due to natural disasters, unforeseen events, or legal reasons.
• Financial losses from gaming or betting — gaming outcomes are entirely uncertain.

ku9bat's maximum liability will never exceed the balance available in the user's account.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may submit a request for reconsideration. ku9bat's final decision on all disputes will be binding.

11. Changes to Terms

ku9bat reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms come into effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
